Job summary

Travis Talent is recruiting on behalf of an established local manufacturer in Rotherham for a Project Planner to join the scheduling and maintenance team. This permanent role focuses on organising resources, coordinating with customers and colleagues, and ensuring the right paperwork and materials are in place.

You will plan and schedule maintenance, manage sales orders and purchase orders, prepare RAMS, and respond to urgent repair requests while maintaining accurate site records.

Qualifications

• Strong documentation and records management

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule maintenance resources and labour.
• Respond to urgent customer enquiries and repair requests while keeping accurate site records.
• Prepare and issue RAMS and support health and safety compliance.
• Process sales orders and ensure supporting paperwork is correct.
• Raise accurate purchase orders for service, maintenance and sales requirements.
• Keep customers updated on live orders and build strong working relationships.
• Estimate work and prepare quotations.
• Work with teams across the manufacturing site.
• Review processes and suggest improvements to service and efficiency
