Job summary

Accorhotel in Wolverhampton is seeking a maintenance assistant for 20-30 hours per week, including weekends as required by hotel needs. You will contribute to daily bedroom upkeep and address maintenance tasks in public areas, kitchen and exterior.

Regular visual health and safety checks are required, along with participation in preventive maintenance and painting/decorating. Basic plumbing and electrical works are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Ideally Level 2 Health and Safety.
• Tradesperson with electrics, plumbing, woodwork etc

Responsibilities

• Daily bedroom maintenance and maintenance in public areas, kitchen and hotel exterior.
• Visual H&S checks to ensure compliance.
• Preventive maintenance programme to maintain high standards.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, we are looking for 20/30 hours per week, including some weekends as required to the needs of the Hotel.

Daily bedroom maintenance, as well as reported maintenance in public areas, kitchen and the Hotel exterior
