Job summary

Conway Group Healthcare in Dunmurry is seeking a reliable Maintenance Person to join the Kilwee Care Home maintenance team. You will handle day-to-day upkeep, carry out weekly health and safety checks and perform general DIY around the building.

Trade skills such as joinery, plumbing or electrical work are preferred. Own transport and tools are required. This is a permanent, full-time position with the Conway Group offering equal opportunities in employment.

Maintenance Person

We have a vacancy for a dedicated Maintenance Person to immediately join our existing maintenance team at Kilwee Care Home, Dunmurry. The successful person will be responsible for the day to day maintenance of the home, weekly H&S checks and general DIY around the building. Having a trade skill such as joinery, plumbing, electrical, is a preference. Extensive experience in dealing with daily maintenance and DIY is essential. Must enjoy decorating and day to day maintenance of buildings. Must have own transport and tools.
