Your responsibilities will include providing general building maintenance, covering mechanical, electrical, and fabric tasks as part of a small, multi-disciplinary team.

The role involves working across a vast area of 2.6 million square feet, shaping perceptions of maintenance through your high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities

• Multi-skilled with carpentry or plumbing experience (no formal qualifications required)
• Support achievement of ‘Best in Class’ Engineering and Fabric services
• Ensure engineering services meet environmental and client needs
• Carry out M&E and fabric repairs, ensuring safety at all times
• Complete minor scheduled maintenance and assist with CAFM system tasks
• Support asset database management and lifecycle reporting
• Drive continuous improvement and maintain a safe working environment

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

• Maintenance experience, preferably in FM or building services
