• Experience in maintenance, building, DIY, cleaning and housekeeping.
• Technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems; IT skills preferred.

Responsabilités

• Carry out audits and ensure records are up to date.
• Replace taps or mixer valves, extract fans, repair timber and wallpaper as needed.
• Maintain residents’ spaces with kindness and safety in mind.
• Support safeguarding procedures and report concerns as required.
