NHS Property Services in Wiltshire is seeking a mobile Plumber to join the Delivery Frontline team. The role covers planned and reactive plumbing across several healthcare sites, with on-call duty and travel between sites using provided van and tools.

The ideal candidate will hold an NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing, have a full driving licence, and be able to work to health and safety standards while supporting fabric maintenance and compliance across the estate.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (minimum).
• Experience in commercial maintenance.
• Standard DBS check.
• Full driving licence required.

Responsabilités

• Deliver a full plumbing maintenance service across the healthcare estate, covering reactive and planned work.
• Complete general plumbing maintenance tasks.
• Undertake planned preventative maintenance (PPM).
• Respond to reactive plumbing repairs as required.
• Support general fabric maintenance, such as minor repairs, fixtures and fittings.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, statutory requirements and internal procedures.
• Take part in the on-call rota.
• Work collaboratively with the wider Estates & Facilities team.

This permanent plumbing post sits in the Delivery Frontline team at NHS Property Services and is a mobile role across several healthcare sites. The work centres on planned preventative and reactive plumbing repairs across a healthcare estate, with some fabric maintenance. Days run Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00, with an on-call rota, and a van and tools are provided for travel across Wiltshire and Bath. An NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing and a full driving licence are needed.
