Key Responsibilities

• Comply with all applicable Codes, Regulations, and Company Policies related to building operations and work safety
• Perform general maintenance and repairs
• Use proper personal protective equipment
• Present a professional appearance and conduct
• Understand and prioritize customer service and satisfaction
• Complete maintenance and repair records as required
• Review assigned work orders
• Estimate time and materials needed to complete repairs
• Order necessary materials and supplies to complete all tasks

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role
• Understanding of facility-related systems and operations
• Effective communication skills (oral and written) with employees, contractors, and vendors
• Proven ability to perform in a similar role
