The Role:
As a Building Services Engineer, you will:

• Bring a multi-skilled approach to building services, with a Level 2 qualification in plumbing, air conditioning, gas, or Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation alongside 18th edition.
• Conduct planned and reactive maintenance across a variety of commercial properties.
• Deliver exceptional service while maintaining a positive, proactive attitude.
• Work independently or as part of a team to resolve technical challenges efficiently.
• Ensure strict adherence to Health & Safety protocols.
