Working Hours: 37.5-hour contract working at both Wood House and Springbank.

We are looking for a Maintenance Person to join our team at Wood House and Springbank. You will be dedicated to maintaining our homes and grounds, ensuring safety and full functionality of all equipment and systems. Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining the exterior of our buildings and grounds to a high standard
• Coordinating and overseeing building works and refurbishments with minimal disruption
• Performing routine inspections and repairs, liaising with the Home Manager for specialist issues
• Conducting safety checks on systems such as boilers, fire alarms, and water services
• Advising the Home Manager on potential maintenance issues
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, including COSHH
• Maintaining tools and equipment safely
• Being the point of contact for repairs and assisting with staff induction on safety procedures
• Providing emergency support when off duty if necessary
• Assisting with driving the home’s minibus for resident outings, as requested
