Job Title: Maintenance Operative Pay: £15 an hour
Temp to Perm
Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00

Location - Winchester

Main Duties include:

Painting and decorating:

• Fixing or replacing door handles, tightening screws on window hinges, or performing other basic repairs on wooden fixtures and fittings
• Fixing leaks, unblocking drains, or repairing minor plumbing issues
• This could involve changing light bulbs or making minor electrical repairs.
• Making other general repairs to the building structure.
• This could involve repairing fences, paving, or other external features of the building.
• Keeping the building clean and tidy, removing rubbish, and ensuring a safe working environment.
