Shift Times: 07:30-16:00 Monday - Friday
Pay Rate: £13.62 - £14.21 depending on experience
Location: OX14 3DB - Abingdon

This is a temporary position with the possibility of going permanent.

Manpower is looking for Grounds Maintenance Operatives to work for our client based in Abingdon. In this role, you will deliver high-quality grounds maintenance services to various clients across the local area. Responsibilities include grass cutting, strimming, hedge pruning, flower bed maintenance, and more. You must ensure a safe working environment and perform daily maintenance and safety checks on all equipment.

The training provided includes on-the-job training and standard induction for best practices.

Requirements to succeed:

• Be physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Hold a full valid UK Driving License.
• Willingness to learn and be open to training.
• Safety-conscious mindset.
• Ability to work safely with equipment and hand tools (e.g., strimmers, backpack blowers, push mowers).
• Experience working in a busy team and providing high-quality service.
• Experience in a similar grounds maintenance role is desirable.
