Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure Ltd is seeking a Maintenance Operative to join our Sudbury club. You will ensure equipment is fully functional and safety is prioritised, delivering an excellent member experience seven days a week.

The ideal candidate will have Carpentry/Plumbing/Electrical skills, hold a Pool Plant Operator qualification (STA or similar), and be able to travel between clubs with a valid driving licence.

Qualifications

• Technical skills in Carpentry, Plumbing or Electrical work.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to travel between clubs within the region with a valid licence.

Responsibilities

• Maintain club equipment and ensure safe operation seven days per week.
• Protect member safety and deliver a high-quality experience.
• Assist with general maintenance tasks as required by the club.

As a Maintenance Operative, we are looking for someone:

• - Who has t echnical skills or discipline (i.e. Carpentry / Plumbing / Single Phase Electrics) – Essential
• - Pool Plant Operators Qualification (STA or similar)
• - A full driving licence or the ability to travel efficiently between clubs within your region
• - S trong engagement, communication and active listening skills.
