Manor Court Care Home, operated by Bupa, seeks a part-time Maintenance Operative to keep facilities fully functional and compliant. You will service buildings and equipment in a four-house care home, focusing on safety, cleanliness and timely repairs.
The role requires building services know-how, a full driving licence and ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team, with some on-call duties and regional support within a 1-hour radius.
Location: Manor Court Care Home. Britten Drive, North Road, Southall. UB1 2SH
Contract: Permanent – Part Time Hours: 14 hours per week. Week One: Thursday and Friday, 9.00am to 4.30pm Week Two: Saturday and Sunday. You will have some on call responsibilities.
Salary: £13.55 to £16.61 per hour dependent on experience

A purpose-built residential care home, Manor Court offers a range of tailored care options for short or long term needs. Care is provided to people living with dementia, Parkinson’s and Huntington's disease and also to the young physically disabled. Palliative care is also available. The home consists of four separate houses each offering comfortable accommodation with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Landscaped gardens complete with furnished patio areas, raised flower beds and two sensory gardens provide an ideal setting to relax or socialise. The home also offers a double room, ideal for couples. Manor Court recognises the importance of healthy and nutritious food. The in-house chef has created a range of seasonal menus to ensure residents receive a balanced diet. A hot and cold option is always made available so that all tastes are catered for. Residents are encouraged to take part in daily activities such as film nights, exercise sessions and coffee mornings to socialise and get to know staff and other residents.
