Job summary

Healthcare Homes Holdings Limited is seeking a part-time Maintenance Operative for Oaklands House in Reydon. You will work 15 hours per week from 9am to 2pm to maintain the home’s appearance and safety.

Maintenance Operative

Oaklands House, Reydon

15 hours per week 9am - 2pm

£13.20 per hour

Healthcare Homes are recruiting for a part-time Maintenance Operative to join our team.

The quality and appearance of our care homes create the first impression for visitors and are a source of enjoyment and immense pleasure for our residents and their families. Our Maintenance Teams take huge pride in maintaining our buildings to the highest possible standards.

Overseeing the upkeep of our home including painting, decorating, repairs and basic plumbing and electrical work you will play a key role in always keeping our residents safe and comfortable.

Previous experience within gardening, decorating and basic plumbing and electrical work is required for this role
