Vita Group is seeking a Maintenance Operative in Manchester to ensure the smooth running of Vita Student’s building facilities. You will handle maintenance requests, perform planned and reactive tasks, and maintain high standards of safety and quality in a busy student environment.
The role includes 42.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with a salary of £28,000 per annum plus a bonus. A proactive, customer‑facing approach and IT literacy are essential for success in this position.

This is a customer-facing environment where you will be responsible for maintaining Vita Student’s highest building standards.
Calculated & rewarded subject to achieving targets set against Key Performance Indicators (KPI's): Reducing external contractor call-outs fees, meeting pre-set Service Level Agreements (SLA's), preventative maintenance management, feedback and building compliance.
Holidays are paid on a pro-rata basis which is reflective of hours worked. Customer Service Assistants will receive 28days paid holiday including England & Wales Bank Holidays, pro-rata.
