Our client is looking for a maintenance operative to support their large client base, the client list is high net worth individuals, hotels and residential projects.

The responsibilities include:

• Be competent in carrying out a variety of skill sets including; painting and decorating, general carpentry, patch plastering, tiling, basic plumbing jobs and any other skill sets to a high standard
• Be a good team player with excellent communication skills
• Have excellent customer care experience and skills
• Efficient in communicating updates to office
• Happy to travel around London
• Full, clean, UK driving licence

REQUIREMENTS

Successful applicants will have prior experience of maintenance operative/handyman work. Ideally you will have knowledge or experience of most trades, and have worked for either a maintenance company, residential developer or main contractor.

REWARDS AND BENEFITS

We base salaries on the experience and abilities of each professional but offer beyond the typical level in industry. You can expect basic salaries from up to £45,000.
