Job summary

Runwood Homes is seeking a skilled Maintenance Operative to join our team at one of our care homes in the UK. You will handle routine maintenance tasks such as basic plumbing and decorating, while ensuring the premises remain secure and well-maintained.

• Perform regular maintenance tasks at the care home, including basic plumbing and decorating.
• Keep the premises secure and carry out scheduled checks throughout the home.
• Respond to maintenance issues and support ongoing site upkeep.
