Job summary

Runwood Homes Limited is seeking a skilled Maintenance Operative to join our team at one of our care homes. You will perform regular maintenance tasks, basic plumbing, and decorating, and carry out checks, ensuring the premises are safe and well maintained.

About you:

We are looking for a Maintenance Operative who can handle minor repairs and general maintenance tasks, such as basic plumbing and decorating. It's important that our Maintenance Operatives can work independently and take initiative. Successful Maintenance Operatives often have experience in carpentry, plumbing, or decorating.
