Job summary

Clowance is seeking a capable Maintenance Operative to join our resort team. A hands-on role covering basic plumbing, electrics, carpentry and painting, with a friendly daytime schedule and 40 hours per week including weekends and bank holidays.

The role offers a £12.71 per hour rate (depending on experience) and a guaranteed contract with hours, plus benefits such as training, pension, staff discounts and a recognition scheme with prizes.

Qualifications

• General maintenance tasks across resort facilities.
• Basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry and painting skills required.
• Hands-on attitude with ability to support a variety of maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs around the resort.
• Assist with upkeep of facilities to ensure safety and presentation.
• Support the team with ad-hoc maintenance projects as needed.

Our new management team are looking for a suitably skilled general Maintenance Operative.An ideal candidate will have a general understanding and experience of basic plumbing, electrics, carpentry and painting, and you'll need to be a 'hands-on' individual who is happy to support with a variety of maintenance tasks around the resort!
