Job summary

Runwood Homes is seeking a Maintenance Operative to join our care home team in the United Kingdom. You will perform regular maintenance tasks, including basic plumbing and decorating, and help keep the premises secure. We value independence and initiative, and applicants often have experience in carpentry, plumbing or decorating.

You will carry out scheduled checks and respond to maintenance needs. We offer 28 days paid holiday, weekly pay, a pension, DBS check and uniform, training, NVQ funding

About you:

We are looking for a Maintenance Operative who can handle minor repairs and general maintenance tasks, such as basic plumbing and decorating. It's important that our Maintenance Operatives can work independently and take initiative. Successful Maintenance Operatives often have experience in carpentry, plumbing, or decorating.
