David Lloyd Leisure is seeking a Maintenance Operative to join our premium health and wellness clubs. You will ensure all equipment is fully functional, prioritise safety, and deliver an excellent member experience every day.

The role requires practical technical skills (carpentry, plumbing or electrical work), a Pool Plant Operators Qualification (STA or similar), and a full driving license to travel between clubs. Strong communication and active listening are essential.

Qualifications

• Has technical skills or discipline (e.g., Carpentry, Plumbing, Single Phase Electrics).
• Pool Plant Operators Qualification (STA or similar) is required.
• Holds a full driving license or can travel between clubs.
• Strong engagement, communication and active listening skills.
