The Role

The Maintenance Officer will work within the Facilities team to ensure the smooth operational delivery of Wilton Park. The role involves providing customer-focused, building-related support, including reactive and preventative maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance, housekeeping, waste management, and recycling services.
2. Monitor the building and outside areas daily.
3. Assist with deliveries and supplies, ensuring storage areas are tidy and accessible, using company vehicles as needed.
4. Ensure proper recycling and segregation of waste materials.
5. Maintain records of scheduled maintenance tasks and ensure their completion.
6. Work with external contractors, supporting access and knowledge of the site and building services.
7. Support colleagues with setup and breakdown of rooms, including transporting materials.
8. Work safely and in accordance with health and safety requirements.
9. Assist in keeping roads, entrances, and exits clear of snow and ice when necessary.
