Job summary

Cambria, part of the Wales & West Housing Group, has an exciting opportunity for a Trade Operative in West Wales, based at the Newcastle Emlyn Office. You will carry out a diverse range of property maintenance and refurbishment tasks, including bathrooms, kitchens, carpentry, plumbing and plastering, often working alone.

The role pays £15.78 per hour for a 40-hour week (about £32,822 per year). You will have a company vehicle and fuel card for business travel, and must hold a current full

Qualifications

• Must possess a current valid full driving licence.
• Experience in property maintenance tasks is beneficial.
• Willingness to work largely lone and interact with residents.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a diverse range of property maintenance repairs and refurbishment work.
• Complete bathroom and kitchen installs, basic carpentry, plumbing, flooring and plastering.
• Carry out general maintenance tasks and work largely on your own with occasional resident interaction.
