Cambria, part of the Wales & West Housing Group, is hiring a Trade Operative in North Wales (Ewloe). You’ll perform maintenance and refurbishment tasks across properties, often solo but with opportunities to interact with residents.

The role offers a company vehicle and fuel card, with a 40-hour week at £15.78 per hour and 24/7 call-out payments. Applicants must hold a valid full driving licence and will undergo a DBS check.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid full driving licence.
• Ability to perform a range of property maintenance tasks.
• A satisfactory DBS check is required due to safeguarding responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver diverse property maintenance repairs and refurbishment work.
• Tackle tasks such as bathroom/kitchen installs, carpentry, plumbing, plastering and general maintenance.
• Work largely on own but collaborate with colleagues and residents as needed.
