Job summary

Manpower UK is seeking a Maintenance Mechanical Engineer to maintain critical building services and mechanical systems within a complex operational environment. The role involves fault-finding, maintenance, repair and installation of mechanical plant, with on-call and overtime where required.

The successful candidate will hold a recognised mechanical apprenticeship and NVQ/City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent, with experience in heating, HVAC, boilers, plumbing, and related systems.

Qualifications

• Recognised mechanical apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
• NVQ Level 3/City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent engineering qualification.
• Experience in mechanical maintenance or building services.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/specifications.

Responsibilities

• Fault find, maintain, repair and install mechanical building services and plant equipment.
• Support planned and reactive maintenance activities to keep systems safe and compliant.
• Collaborate with team to ensure reliable operation of critical equipment.
