Solutions Limited is hiring a Maintenance Manager for a manufacturing site near Biggleswade. The role combines hands-on engineering with team leadership, overseeing planned, preventive and reactive maintenance to maximise equipment uptime.

The successful candidate will bring electrical and mechanical knowledge, manage technicians, and drive installation projects while working a Monday–Friday, 07:30–16:00 schedule. Commutable distance to Biggleswade is essential.

Qualifications

Monday - Friday, 07:30 - 16:00.

Are you a multiskilled maintenance engineer with experience within a manufacturing environment? Are you looking for a step up into a new management role where you will take full responsibility for the maintenance team and projects? Do you want a days based role within a leading group that are known for their retention, first class training and development ?

Due to continued growth, my client is looking for a maintenance manager to join the team, working out of their state of the art facility near Biggleswade. The successful applicant will be responsible working within the plant on a range of commercial and plant machinery providing planned, reactive and preventive maintenance. You will be playing a key role in ensuring that all equipment is operating at maximum efficiency enabling all projects are completed on time, meeting industry and customer standards. This is a 'hands on' management role where you will remain on the tools as well as leading new machinery installation projects, maintenance planning and organising technicians & engineers hours.

This is a great opportunity to join an established business who are part of a multisite group. Due to another year of expansion and investment, the company are looking to make multiple hires during the remainder of the year and will be looking to promote within when future roles open up.
