Frasers Hospitality, a global leader in serviced residences, seeks a Maintenance Manager for Fraser Suites Glasgow. You will lead engineering and maintenance operations, manage budgets, ensure safety compliance and oversee repairs across plumbing, electrical and carpentry domains.

The role requires hands-on leadership, detailed planning and the ability to work within UK regulations. A strong customer service mindset and team development focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Solid understanding of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems.
• Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment.
• Experience in planning maintenance operations.
• Hands-on attitude with attention to detail.
• Able to lead and inspire a team.
• Eligible to work in the UK.

Responsabilités

• Lead the engineering and maintenance operations of the property.
• Ensure safety and security by coordinating procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities including fire safety.
• Undertake plumbing, carpentry, decorating, electrical and mechanical work as needed.
• Ensure compliance with local legislation and Fire Safety.
• Monitor budgets and maintenance expenses.
• Develop and train team to meet required standards.
