Frasers Hospitality in Glasgow seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead the property's engineering and maintenance, on a permanent basis. The role offers £30,900 per annum for 40 hours a week.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Solid understanding of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems.
• Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment.
• Experience in planning maintenance operations.
• Hands-on attitude with attention to detail.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering and maintenance operations of the property.
• Ensure safety and security by coordinating procedures and regulatory follow-up.
• Plan and oversee repair and installation activities including fire safety installations.
• Undertake plumbing, carpentry, decorating, electrical and mechanical work as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with local legislation and regulations (H&S, building, Fire Safety).
• Monitor budgets and maintenance expenses.
• Develop and train employees within your charge.
• Communicate effectively to motivate the team.
