Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Maintenance Manager for a leading manufacturing site in Houghton Le Spring. You will lead the engineering function, drive plant reliability and oversee a team of engineers and contractors to ensure safe, efficient operations.

The role suits an experienced Maintenance Manager or Senior Maintenance Engineer with strong electrical or mechanical maintenance expertise in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Maintenance Manager or Senior Maintenance Engineer with electrical or mechanical background.
• Experience within a manufacturing/industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site maintenance and engineering function.
• Manage PPM schedules, plant reliability and continuous improvement projects.
• Oversee engineers, contractors and maintenance activities across site.
• Monday - Friday 8:00am - 16:00pm.
