Kerry in Coleraine is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead a team of 8 engineers and oversee day-to-day maintenance across our cheese, sauces and syrups production site. Reporting to the Site Engineering Manager, you will drive preventative maintenance, improve equipment availability and ensure safety and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in a maintenance/engineering role within manufacturing.
• Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Fluent English with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop a team of 8 engineers, providing clear direction and coaching.
• Manage day-to-day maintenance activities to minimise downtime and support production priorities.
• Deliver the preventative maintenance and asset care programme.
• Improve equipment reliability and reduce emergency repair work.
• Provide technical support and direction for equipment breakdowns and maintenance activities.
• Ensure high Health & Safety standards and regulatory compliance.
