Kerry Group in Coleraine is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the engineering team and oversee day-to-day maintenance across the site, which specialises in sliced cheese with sauces and syrups.
Reporting to the Site Engineering Manager, you will drive equipment availability, preventive maintenance, safety and compliance, manage a team of eight engineers, coordinate with Production and other functions, and support projects, installations and continuous improvement across a growing operation.

As our Coleraine site continues to grow, we are looking for a Maintenance Manager to join our Engineering team in a newly created role. Coleraine is a well-established site specialising in sliced cheese production, and we have recently expanded our operations with the addition of sauces and syrups production.
Reporting to the Site Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of 8 people and take responsibility for day-to-day maintenance activities across the site. Your focus will be on maximising equipment availability, reducing downtime, improving preventative maintenance and ensuring high standards of safety and compliance. You will also support equipment installations, engineering projects and continuous improvement initiatives as the site continues to develop.
It is a permanent contract, full time from Monday to Friday (day shift).
