Job summary

Pioneer Selection Ltd is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager for a fast-paced FMCG site in Bristol/Yate area. You will lead a maintenance team, carry out preventative and reactive maintenance on production and packaging lines, and drive uptime and efficiency while managing safety and asset reliability.

The role is based on a Monday–Friday day shift pattern, with opportunities for training, development, and long-term career progression in a growing organisation.

Qualifications

• Recognised engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or equivalent).
• Experience in manufacturing environments.
• Management experience.
• Supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a maintenance team for planned and unplanned maintenance on production and packaging lines.
• Reduce downtime and improve reliability across the site.
• Perform fault-finding and preventative maintenance.
• Support production performance in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

We are offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join a FMCG manufacturing site in Bristol. You will be responsible for leading a maintenance team that will be carrying out l maintenance, fault-finding, and planned preventative maintenance on a range of equipment and facilities including all of the production and packaging lines ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Working on a Monday - Friday day shift pattern, you will play a key role in reducing downtime, improving reliability, and supporting production performance across the site.

• Management experience within an industrial manufacturing or FMCG environment.
• Hands on experience with pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in a fast paced industrial factory.

Requirements for the Maintenance Manager
