Maintenance Manager – Wakefield

Salary | £55,000

Mon-Fri, Days Only

Elevation Recruitment Group is working in partnership with a leading automation company to recruit a Maintenance Manager for their site in Wakefield.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join a forward-thinking business, where you’ll lead a skilled team of engineers and drive performance improvements across the site.

Key Responsibilities:

• As the Maintenance Manager, you will oversee and manage the site’s maintenance program, ensuring timely and accurate recording of all work
• Lead and develop the maintenance engineering team
• Plan and coordinate maintenance activities, including contractor management
• Ensure effective use and upkeep of the CMMS
• Support and lead continuous improvement initiatives across the site
• Create and implement effective training materials and development resources for the maintenance team
