Job summary

Holiday Inn Oxford is seeking a proactive Hotel Maintenance Manager to lead the day-to-day maintenance operation, ensuring the hotel stays safe, compliant, and welcoming for guests and colleagues alike.

You will champion preventative maintenance, supervise the maintenance team, manage budgets and contractor relationships, drive energy efficiency, and provide clear, solutions-focused updates to senior management.
