Job summary

Gill Cooke Personnel Ltd T/A The Recruitment Group is seeking a Maintenance Manager for an established educational institution in Oxford. You will oversee the maintenance, safety and upkeep of buildings, accommodation and facilities, leading a team and coordinating external contractors.

The role demands proactive leadership, strong technical knowledge and good IT and budgeting skills. The position is full-time with 35 hours per week, and a 6-month fixed-term contract.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance management with responsibility for buildings and facilities.
• Proven leadership and contractor management experience.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and compliance.
• Experience managing projects and budgets; IT literacy and record-keeping.
• Excellent organizational, administrative and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Maintenance Manager

Pay: £35,681 to £41,636 per annum DOE

Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week Monday to Friday

Job Type: 6 month FTC

An established educational institution in Oxford is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance, safety and upkeep of its buildings, accommodation and facilities.
