Berkley Care Group in Melksham is seeking a Maintenance Manager to uphold the luxury standard of our care home. You will lead maintenance operations, manage a small team and ensure the home and grounds are presented to the highest standard.
The role requires previous maintenance management experience across trades, plus strong planning, budgeting and health & safety oversight. We offer a supportive environment, competitive hourly pay, free meals on shift, and extensive benefits.
