Job summary

Berkley Care Group is seeking a Housekeeping Assistant in Royal Leamington Spa to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across the home, with paid breaks and benefits.

You will join a team that supports residents, helps with laundry and bed linen, and works to keep communal and private spaces tidy. This role emphasizes care, respect, teamwork, and delivering a warm, well-presented environment for residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Support residents to tidy their rooms as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members, residents and families.

Are you able to provide the following housekeeping services in the home?:

• Work as part of a team to ensure high standards of cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene
• Ensure the home is beautifully presented at all times in communal and private areas
• Carry out general housekeeping duties, such as cleaning, mopping and polishing
• Changing bed linen, laundry and ironing
• Support residents to clean and tidy their rooms when they want to
• Able to communicate with a wide range of people, which includes team members, residents and families?
