What You’ll Be Doing:Leading the charge to ensure the smooth running of all our sites — we’ve got six restaurants to keep ticking!
Creating and implementing preventive maintenance schedules to keep everything in tip-top shape.
Managing repairs and coordinating fixes with minimal impact on our daily operations.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with external contractors and suppliers.
Keeping us compliant with health, safety, and regulatory standards — safety is key.
Balancing the books — managing budgets and ensuring cost-effective maintenance practices.
Rolling up your sleeves when the urgent repair calls come in — no job too small.
Training our team on basic maintenance and safety procedures, keeping them in the loop!
Proven experience in facilities or maintenance management, ideally in hospitality — you know your stuff.
Solid understanding of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and kitchen equipment).
A master problem-solver who can stay organised while juggling multiple tasks.
Strong leadership and communication skills — you know how to manage multiple teams and get things done.
Bonus points for basic trade skills and relevant certifications (e.g., electrical, plumbing) — we like to keep things sharp.
