Geary’s Bakeries Ltd. seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead engineering at our fast-paced production site in Leicestershire.
You will manage engineers, capital expenditure, and plant reliability, delivering a robust maintenance programme and driving continuous improvement. The role requires strong leadership, experience in FMCG manufacturing, and a proactive approach to health & safety, budgeting, and KPI reporting.
Working Pattern: 5 over 7, 40 hours per week

The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for managing and leading the engineering functions in our fast paced production facility. The Maintenance Manager will be involved in managing engineers, Capital Expenditure, Man Management of all engineering staff and the Plant reliability. The Ideal candidate will come from a fast paced manufacturing background and be highly motivated to make a positive impact.
