Connaught Care Collection is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee all aspects of building maintenance, facilities management and compliance across its luxury care homes in the UK. You will lead a small maintenance team, drive safety checks, risk assessments, and planned maintenance, while ensuring high standards and efficient operations behind a safe, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Level 2 in Building Maintenance is essential.
• Proven experience in facilities or maintenance management in care, hospitality or hotel environments is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety, compliance, and building systems.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Oversee all aspects of building maintenance, facilities management and compliance across the home

Lead and manage the maintenance team, setting high standards and ensuring tasks are prioritised and completed efficiently

What You’ll Bring:

(At least) a Level 2 in Building Maintenance is essential.

Proven experience in a facilities or maintenance management role (care, hospitality or hotel environments a plus)

Strong working knowledge of health & safety, compliance, and building systems

Excellent planning, problem-solving, and communication skills

Ability to manage a small team, balance workloads, and delegate effectively
