The ideal candidate will have substantial maintenance experience, particularly in relevant industries, and a proven track record in leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong maintenance experience and qualification required.
• Experience in energy to waste, power generation, steam, petrochemical or aggregates preferred.
• Proven leadership experience with Engineers/Technicians essential.

Job Description

As Maintenance Manager you will report into the Plant Manager, responsible for a small team of multi-skilled Technicians. The role is days based and would work alongside the Operations Manager.You will be responsible for:

• Managing the Maintenance Team with the responsibility for planning & team development
• Leading on all day-to-day maintenance & PPMs across the site, improving CMMS utilisation
• Driving a proactive culture in pursuit of increased availability
• Working with the Plant Manager to ensure shutdowns are well planned and executed

The Successful Applicant

As Maintenance Manager this candidate will have strong maintenance experience and qualification, alongside the following:

• Experience ideally within energy to waste/power generation would also consider steam, petrochemical or aggregates industry
• Proven in leading other Engineers/Technicians
• Experience with CMMS
• Initiative & drive to solve problems
