We're looking for a Maintenance Manager - someone who's been hands-on, knows how a factory works, and is now ready to take a step up into a leadership position. This is your chance to get off shifts and lead a small, focused team on days.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading a small team of engineers and apprentices

• Managing KPIs, compliance, budgets, and spare parts
• Supporting small projects and site upgrades
• Reporting into the Engineering Manager and working closely with production

What You'll Need:

• A solid background in maintenance within manufacturing (FMCG/food ideal)
• Experience leading others - or ready to step into your first management role
• A mindset for improvement and a good understanding of planned maintenance
• HNC or equivalent in Engineering
• Comfortable dealing with audits, contractors, and cross-functional teams
