Excellent opportunity for an Engineering Maintenance Manager to join a well-established FMCG business in Scotland.
Our client is a fantastic business with multiple sites across the UK! They are now looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineering Leader who knows what good looks like, to help strengthen their Scottish operation.
As Maintenance Engineering Manager you will lead all maintenance processes and procedures to deliver asset management across the factory through effective leadership of engineering resources. You will work collaboratively with the site leadership team to ensure the smooth running of the site.
Reporting directly into the Head of Engineering, you will act as a number 2 for the engineering function ensuring engineering excellence is implemented. You will drive engineering standards and assure the quality maintenance of the plant, equipment, and facilities.
The Site Engineering Manager will also ensure the delivery of activities to ensure the legislative compliance of the site and conformance to group policies.
You will need to be an influential leader and mentor to your team offering coaching and training where required, with effective development plans for your team.
To be considered for this role you will have several years’ experience at Site Engineering Manager level ideally within the food manufacturing or FMCG industry. You will have experience leading large teams across busy sites, managing budgets, and have played a vital part in site engineering strategy.
