Parkdean Resorts is seeking a Gas Specialist to join the Crimdon Dene Holiday Park maintenance team. You will perform gas testing, ensure safe installation of boilers, ovens and fires, and maintain safe, compliant park buildings while keeping guests comfortable during their stay.

The role requires Gas Safe qualifications (CCLP1LAV Core, CCLP1RPH Core, HTRLP2, CENWAT1, CKR1, CPA1, DAH1, MET1, CCLP1PD) and a proactive approach to safety, training, and guest service across our UK-wide parks.

Qualifications

• Gas Safe qualified with current qualifications including CCLP1LAV Core, CCLP1RPH Core, HTRLP2, CENWAT1, CKR1, CPA1, DAH1, MET1, and CCLP1PD.
• Ability to test and certify gas installations across holiday homes and park buildings.
• Strong customer service and communication when dealing with guests during maintenance incidents.

Responsabilités

• Complete all gas installation testing in accordance with current legislation.
• Ensure the safe installation of gas appliances such as boilers, ovens and fires.
• Build positive relationships with guests to resolve queries with minimal disruption to their stay.
• Respond to breakdowns or urgent gas issues promptly.
• Upskill maintenance team and assist in gas safety training.
• Record all jobs on the company system.

To achieve this, it is important that you are 'Gas Safe' qualified and hold all current gas safe qualifications including CCLP1LAV Core, CCLP1RPH Core, HTRLP2, CENWAT1, CKR1, CPA1, DAH1, MET1, and CCLP1PD.

What you will be doing...
