Job summary

Parkdean Resorts UK Limited is seeking a Gas Specialist to join our maintenance team across our UK holiday parks. You will perform gas installation testing and ensure all sites comply with current legislation, keeping guests safe and operations smooth.

You must be Gas Safe qualified with Core certificates (CCLP1LAV Core, CCLP1RPH Core, HTRLP2, CENWAT1, CKR1, CPA1, DAH1, MET1, and CCLP1PD) and be ready to train others, record tasks in our system, and respond promptly to any gas-related issues.

Qualifications

• Gas Safe qualification and current gas safety certificates are required.

Responsibilities

• Complete gas installation testing in line with current legislation.
• Ensure safe installation of new gas appliances such as boilers, ovens and fires.
• Build positive relationships with guests to resolve queries with minimal disruption.
• Respond to breakdowns or urgent gas-related issues promptly.
• Upskill maintenance staff and assist in gas safety training.
• Record all jobs in the company system.

As our new Gas Specialist, you will provide expertise when it comes to gas testing, ensuring our Holiday Homes and buildings are safe and fully compliant with current legislation and standards. To achieve this, it is important that you are ‘Gas Safe’ qualified and hold all current gas safe qualifications including CCLP1LAV Core, CCLP1RPH Core, HTRLP2, CENWAT1, CKR1, CPA1, DAH1, MET1, and CCLP1PD.

What you will be doing...
