Role & Responsibilities:

• Management of subcontractor visits and closing out remedial actions
• Management of PPM planner tasks, ensuring timely completion
• Client progress reporting and meetings
• Carrying out general maintenance tasks
• Problem solving for plant and equipment failures and restoring services
• Effective tenant/client interaction skills

Desirable:

• Candidate holds a CSCS Card
• Experience in similar maintenance roles

The role is primarily based at Consort Place, with flexibility to work on other projects where maintenance and building services experience is applicable. There is potential for maintenance work across the portfolio.
