We're looking for a reliable, experienced Maintenance Lead to help keep Hayes Cottage safe, comfortable and well-maintained for the residents and staff who call it home.
Role Overview
As our Maintenance Lead, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day upkeep, repair and safety of the building, grounds and equipment at Hayes Cottage. You'll act as the first point of contact for maintenance matters, including on-call emergency cover, and help ensure the home meets health and safety standards — playing an important behind-the-scenes role in the comfort and wellbeing of our residents.
