We're Kraft Heinz, a global food company that's passionate about making life delicious! Our King Street Engineering team is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Maintenance Lead to join the crew. As a Maintenance Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the proper functioning of our maintenance operations, leading a team of 9 staff members, and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Defect Handling, Breakdown Elimination, and Health Checks:Ensure that defect handling, breakdown elimination, and health checks are functioning properly, and conduct at least three health checks per week.
Team Management:Manage team-related tasks, including overtime, holiday, and performance management, and coach and support your team on the shop floor.
Capital Projects and Maintenance Planning:Support capital projects and maintenance planning meetings, define priorities for overhauls, and participate in overhaul meetings.
Shop Floor Presence:Spend 50%/50% of your time on the shop floor, coaching, conducting health checks, and understanding failures.
Documentation and Training:Document maintenance tasks, create standard maintenance procedures (SMPs), and train others on documented procedures to ensure knowledge sharing.
Administrative Tasks:Focus administrative tasks on building systems for sustainable results, including breakdown investigations and capability building.
Kraft Heinz Management System (KHMS) Digital Coach and MRE Pillar:Support the KHMS Digital Coach for the MRE pillar, implement maintenance strategy, asset criticality, and TBR, and split ownership of MRE chapters among maintenance leads.
Collaboration:Work closely with maintenance technicians and other team members to execute tasks and achieve maintenance goals.

You have a strong engineering background and experience in maintenance management
You're a natural leader, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
You're passionate about building sustainable systems and implementing maintenance strategies

You have experience with TBR process planning
You’re able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
