Maintenance Facilities Engineer

Job Title: Maintenance Facilities Engineer

Salary: £38,000

Bonus: £2,000 to £5,000 annually

Location: Halesowen

Shift: Days - Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities of the Maintenance Facilities Engineer:

1. Maintain office, factory, and associated facilities to high standards.
2. Protect building infrastructure.
3. Reactive repair of various equipment and facilities.
4. Operate ancillary equipment.
5. Liaise with contractors.
6. Supervise apprentices.

Skills and Experience Required of the Maintenance Facilities Engineer:

1. 3+ years in Facilities Maintenance or Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineering.
2. Strong work ethic and reliability.
3. Ability to work with power tools.
4. Eligible to work in the UK, full clean driving licence.

Desirable Qualifications for the Maintenance Facilities Engineer:

1. NVQ Level 3 Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or BTEC Level 3.
2. IEE qualification up to 18th edition wiring regulations.
3. Understanding of hydraulic systems (training provided).
4. Welding and fabrication experience.
5. Experience with industrial doors and loading bay systems.
