Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs of buildings, equipment, and systems. (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, fire and intruder alarm maintenance).
• Diagnose faults using technical manuals, and diagnostic tools.
• Read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and wiring diagrams accurately. Training will be provided, if required.
• Perform regular inspections to identify and report maintenance issues or hazards.
• Carry out basic repairs such as fixing leaks, replacing office lighting, painting, and assembling furniture.
• Support preventative maintenance schedules to minimise downtime and extend asset life.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of maintenance areas, tools, and equipment.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Co-ordinate external contractors when required.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance work completed.
• Ensure health and safety procedures and regulations are always adhered to within the building.
• Updating of building fixed wiring diagrams & Test certificates. Training will be provided, if required.
